Neomax® Waterplug 102

DESCRIPTION
Neomax® Waterplug 102 is a ready-mixed, one component, rapid setting and cement based mortar. When being mixed with water, it sets in only 60 - 90 seconds and instantly stop running water in concrete holes and cracks.

USED
Instantly stop leaking waters through existing holes and cracks in masonry walls, floors, tunnels, basements, culverts, elevator pits, cisterns, swimming pools, dams, etc...

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store the product in a dry, cool and well ventilated area; 
Do not expose it to direct light.

SHELF LIFE: 12 months since the production date.

MIXING RATIO
Mixing ratio of water 14 - 16% by weight;
140 - 160 gram of clean water for 01 kg of mortar.

DENSITY
Fresh mortar mixture: ~2.00 kg/liter.

WORKING TEMPERATURE: 10°C - 35°C.

PRODUCTION STANDARD:  TCCS 08:2018/NEOMAX

Setting time: 60 - 90 seconds

Compressive strength (ASTM C109 / ASTM C942):
- 03 hours: ≥ 20 MPa;
- 07 days: ≥ 30 MPa;
- 28 days: ≥ 40 MPa.

Notes: All above technical properties are tested in the standard experiment conditions with temperature of 25^oC and moisture of 50%. 

SURFACE PREPARATION
Chip the hole or crack surfaces into V shape. Clear the surfaces free from dirts and debris, then clean the surfaces with fresh water before applying Neomax® Waterplug 102.

MIXING METHOD
Mixing water ratio: 14 - 16% by weight of Neomax® Waterplug 102;
Manually mix the product with water in less than 30 seconds.

WORKING
Quickly apply the ready mixed mortar into the cracks, holes and firmly hold in place in 60-90 seconds to make sure the mortar is sufficiently hard to remain in place;
In case water pressure is too high, it is recommended to use a wooden plug or other materials for temporary stop, then apply mixed Neomax® Waterplug 102 for permanent effect.

NOTE
It is recommended to mix a small amount of Neomax® Waterplug 102 each time as the mixed product will be dry and useless be very shortly.
