Neomax® A108

DESCRIPTION
Neomax® A108 is an elastic waterproof compound, 100% multi-functional acrylic, water-based, 1 component;
Finished layer has an incredible elasticity, flexibility and great ability to
cover cracks, great adhesion on cement and concrete substrates, and excellent hydrolysis and anti-UV protection.

USED
Neomax® A108 can be used as the perfect waterproofing and coating layer for: 
Exposed walls;
Exposed roofs, eaves;
Terrace, yard;
Balconies, loggia;
Restrooms;
Swimming pools; water tanks for fire extinguishment.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store the product in a dry, cool and well ventilated area; 
Do not expose to direct light.

SHELF LIFE: 12 months since the production date.

CONSUMPTION:  
0.15 - 0.2 kg/m²/layer;
At least 2 - 3 layers are required.

WORKING TEMPERATURE: 10°C - 35°C.

Working time: ≤ 30 minutes

Tack free timee: 1 - 2 hours

Complete curing time: ≥  12 hours

Crack-bridging ability under standard conditions (BS EN 14891:2007): ≥ 0.75 mm

Tensile strength (ASTM D412): ≥ 4.0 MPa

Elongation at break (ASTM D412): 100 ± 10 %

Adhesion on M30 concrete surface (ASTM D4541) : ≥ 1.0 MPa

Shore hardness A (ASTM D2240): 70 ± 10

Water durability after 7 days (TCVN 8653-2 : 2012) : No effect

Durability in NaOH 5% solution after 7 days (TCVN 8653-3 : 2012) : No effect

Notes: All above technical properties are tested in the standard experiment conditions with temperature of 25^oC and moisture of 50%. All tested samples are at the age of 28 days.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The working surface must be clean and free from oil, grease and impurities. The surface must be dry and free from standing water.

WORKING
Thoroughly stir the product after opening the bucket.
Use decor rollers or specialized sprayers;
Working consumption: 0.15 - 0.2 kg/m²/layer;
At least 2 - 3 layers are required. Working interval between 2 layers is no less than 20 - 30 minutes. Allow the final coating layer to be completely dry for 12 hours before applying the outer finishing layers, if any;
Working time is about 30 minutes at the temperature of 25 ± 2°C.

NOTE
Prevent any contact with water for 3 hours immediately after application;
Do not mix solvent into the product.
