Neomax® C102 Plus

DESCRIPTION
Neomax® C102 Plus is an one-component waterproofing compound which is made up of multifunctional polymer. It can be mixed with cement to form a liquid mixture with incredible water proofing and economical properties and easy to use.

USED
Neomax® C102 Plus is used to make a perfect waterproofing coating layer for:
Exposed walls;
Exposed roofs; 
Terrace, yards;
Balconies, loggia; 
Green balconies, flower-beds;
Restrooms; 
Basement walls;
Reinforced concrete retaining wall;
Girder bridge, abument bridge;
Surface of exposed concrete.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store the product in a dry, cool and well ventilated area; 
Do not expose to direct light.

SHELF LIFE: 12 months since the production date.

CONSUMPTION:  
For exposed wall: 0.2 - 0.25 kg/m²/layer;
For floor: 0.5 - 0.75 kg/m²/layer;
At least 2 - 3 layers are required.

WORKING TEMPERATURE: 10°C - 35°C.

SURFACE PREPARATION
All working surfaces must be completely clean and free from dust, grease and impurities;
For exposed walls: Surface is completely dry;
For roofs, floors: Surface needs to be saturated but no more excessive water trapped.

MIXING METHOD
For exposed walls:
     Water  :  Cement  :  Neomax® C102 Plus  = 0.5 : 0.5 : 1 (by weight).
For roofs, floors:
      Water  :  Cement  :  Neomax® C102 Plus  = 0.25 : 0.75 : 1 (by weight).
Thoroughly stir Neomax® C102 Plus before mixing;
Use an electric mixer at speeds of 400-600 rpm to mix the two components;
Use an electric mixer at speeds of 400-600 rounds/minute following 2 steps:
- Step 1: Mixing cement with water: Mixing time is from 2 minutes until we get a homogeneous mixture;
- Step 2: Mixing Neomax® C102 Plus with the ready output of Step 1: Mixing time is from 3 minutes until we get a homogeneous mixture.

WORKING
Applying the product right after it is mixed;
Applying Neomax® C102 Plus onto the clean surface with a roller, brush or specialized sprayer;
Consumption (base on weight of Neomax® C102 Plus before mixing with water and cement):
- For exposed wall: 0.2 - 0.25 /kg/m²/layer;
- For roofs and floors: 0.5- 0.75 /kg/m²/layer;
At least 2 - 3 layers are required. The working interval between two layers is about 4 - 6 hours and the application directions of two layers are perpendicular;
Working time: 60 minutes at the temperature of 25 ± 2°C.

NOTE
Do not apply Neomax® C102 Plus when it is rainy or wet to ensure the best effect of water proofing as well as aesthetics of the finished surface.
