Neomax® Leveling 81

DESCRIPTION
Neomax® Leveling 81 is a self-leveling mortar with 2 components: cement and co-polymer plastic.

USED
To create a waterproofing and anti-corrosion for such floors with the thickness of 2 - 5mm;
To fix, repair and level different commercial and industrial floors before applying epoxy, polyurethane coating layers, or other;
To apply for all concrete floor with high humidity.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store the product in a dry, cool and well ventilated area; 
Do not expose it to direct light.

SHELF LIFE: 12 months since the production date.

DENSITY
Fresh mixture: ~1.9 kg/liter;
65 sets of Neomax® Leveling 81 for 1 m³ fresh mortar.

CONSUMPTION: 1.9 kg/m²/mm on average.

WORKING THICKNESS FOR 1 LAYER: 2 - 5mm.

WORKING TEMPERATURE: 10°C - 35°C.

Working time: ≤ 30 minutes

Compressive strength after 28 days (ASTM C349): ≥ 45 MPa

Flexutal strength after 28 days (ASTM C349): ≥ 7 MPa

Adhesion strength on M30 concrete substrates after 28 days (ASTM D4541 / TCVN 9349:2012): ≥ 1.5 MPa.

Notes: All above technical properties are tested in the standard experiment conditions with temperature of 25^oC and moisture of 50%. 

SURFACE PREPARATION
The minimum tensile of the applicable concrete substrates must be no less than 20 N/mm². The surface must be solid and completely clean and free from dust, grease and impurities and no more excessive water is trapped;
The water-absorbing surface needs to be saturated (no trapped water) before applying Neomax® Leveling 81.

MIXING METHOD
Use an electric mixer at speeds of 800-1200 rounds/minute to mix the product;
Pour all component B in the mixing bucket, then slowly adding component A while keeping stirring thoroughly until we get a homogeneous mixture. The minimum mixing time is 5 - 7 minutes.

WORKING
When Neomax® Leveling 81 is homogeneously mixed, perform the construction processes immediately, the allowed construction time should be less than 30 minutes at 25 ± 2°C;
Use dedicated wiper or sprayer when applying Neomax® Leveling 81. Then use spiked roller to break all remaining air bubbles;
Maximum construction thickness for each layer is 5mm. The interval time between different layers (if necessary) should be no less than 24 hours.
