DESCRIPTION
Neomax® Grout C50P is non-shrink, high strength, cementitious grout, high flow, formulated to produce a pumpable. It provides superior durability in bonded post tension systems by reducing chloride penetration and corrosion potential of steel tendons.
USED
Neomax® Grout C50P is designed for uses where high fluidity, low permeability, extended working time, no bleed, no settlement shrinkage, high strength, and chloride resistance is required. Typical application include:
Use for grouting post tension cables or bars;
Pumping grout through small openings for relatively long distances;
Grouting cable anchorages for highly stressed reinforcing steel;
Use for grouting with tight clearance requirements.
ADVANTAGES
Easy to use...just add water;
Permanent filling of voids;
Free sand and aggregate;
Zero bleeding, even at high flow;
Does not segregate;
Non shrink;
Non-corrosive, does not contain chlorides;
Non toxicity;
High compression strength;
Excellent for pumping.

SURFACE PREPARATION
All ducts shall be purged using oil free compressed air to remove water, debris and foreign material;
All vents should be checked and the duct shall be pressure tested with air;
All leaks shall be repaired before grouting can commence.
MIXING METHOD
Water consumption is about 34 – 36% of total volume of Neomax® Grout C50P. It is necessary to use 8.5 to 9.0 liters of water for 1 bag (25kgs) of dry product;
Use an electric mixer at minimum speeds of 1200 rounds/minute to mix the product;
Pour the needed volume of water into the mixing bucket, then slowly adding Neomax® Grout C50P while keeping stirring thoroughly;
Mixing time is about 5 minutes until we get a homogeneous mixture. Continue to agitate material in the holding hopper to achieve optimum flow.
WORKING
Use the mortar mixture right after finishing the mixing work, total allowed working time is 30 minutes at the temperature of 25 ± 2°C;
The method of pumping the grout must ensure complete filling of the ducts and complete surroundings of the strands or bar;
When grouting ducts or other critical elements, it is highly recommended that experienced, trained technicians complete the work.
